I was looking online for a Martin 000-15m, my first acoustic, they had one in stock so I gave them a call. I spoke with Bruce and he helped me marvelously. I had some quiet concerns about ordering a guitar online, this is my second; however, Bruce assured me about the expert measures taken when shipping, and I hadn't even brought it up. I received my guitar on time and it was safe and sound. It came perfectly set up and plays beautifully. The tone of solid body mahogany is exquisite. I live in Michigan but the next time I want to buy a guitar I think I'll see Wildwood in the flesh

Purchased my first guitar from Wildwood Guitars a couple of weeks ago. The experience was excellent. Someone from Wildwood reached out to me almost immediately to let me know that my order was received and there were a few guitars in front of mine to be set up and shipped. The person asked me what my action and string gauge preference were. The guitar arrived a few days later (faster than expected based on today's logistic issues) in great shape and set up to the exact specs I provided to them. I will not hesitate to recommend purchasing guitar and guitar related items from Wildwood and will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

I've just received my second guitar from Wildwood Guitars, and I'm just as impressed with this purchase as I was with the first. I bought a Wildwood Select Gibson LP this time, and I'm just blown away by the entire experience, the guitar, the setup, everything. I can't say enough nice things about the folks at Wildwood. If you're looking for a reliable online guitar purchase, you can't go wrong with these guys.

I came across Wildwood while searching for a new Les Paul. I had looked at some of the big box stores, and decided I wanted to to buy a Gibson from a reputable smaller shop. Wildwood had great photos of all of their guitars that were available to purchase. Once I identified which model/weight/color finish/top that I was most comfortable in purchasing, I picked out the most desirable top to me in the range.
My sales rep. Troy got me some great close up photos of the neck and fretboard. There were some areas that had tooling marks and some slight refinements needed. The techs worked over the identified issues that resulted in a very nicely hand finished final product. My experience in purchasing a new Les Paul through Wildwood was great. I am very pleased with my new "Slash" Les Paul in November Burst finish.

Bought a lovely anniversary Rickenbacker from them. Wildwood offered a very competitive price, 2 day shipping, and guitar was set up out of the box. I love that the website has detailed photos, weights and measurements of all their in-stock guitars. I wish there was a store like this in Canada!

Troy at Wildwood put me in touch with Justin. The thing is Louisville is a bit away from Fort Collins and we hade a slate of cold days in December so going to Wildwood and playing guitars to try out there was too iffy. So Troy recommended to listen to several guitars via a live recording and attaching the mp file to email and send to me. I was deciding between a Taylor 324CE and 326CE. Justin's played and demonstrated several of these guitars perfectly and you could not ask for a better demonstration of sound via Justin's playing.
He wasn't showing off he picked, and chorded several demonstrations for me. I was able to pick my guitar based on the sounds Justin created. They also compared the 2 Taylor 326CE's to a 324CE, which both guys recommended that the 324CE was not in the running. This ALL took place right before CHRISTMAS. Incredible managers and employees they are easily 2 steps ahead of any competition and are now my go to place for quality acoustic guitars. I have played the 326CE every single day and I am playing more than ever so much that my finger calluses are easily 3 layers. Thanks to WILDWOOD GUITARS and their professionalism!
