Thanks Mark for your help today. You were so honest with me about the issues with my guitar and provided me with a reasonable remedy. I was referred to you by Fender directly and they were spot on in terms of great service. I also really appreciated the ability to set and appointment with and have a one on one experience without the distractions that can be found in a large music store. Thank you again for your service Mark.

Lat year, Mark did a setup for me on a Charvel So-Cal (orange one in the photo). Absolutely perfect. I had the setup done by someone else previous to that, and I regretted it. We also discussed playing/picking style, string gauge, pick selection, action, and a variety of other things. Very thorough consultation, and I learned a lot. A year later, and I'm so impressed and thrilled every time I pick this thing up to play. 5 stars, and THANK YOU!

I brought my Les Paul to Mark after purchasing it used and the previous owner had some very poor quality work done to it. Mark was able to repair and correct the workmanship issues bringing it back to a gorgeous playing and looking guitar. This guy is truly a master of his craft! Spend ten minutes with this gentleman and you will recognize he is a true craftsman and professional. I feel the price is affordable given the level of experience and mastery workmanship Mark provides. AAA+++ Thank you Mark! -Clay T
