This place is the best! A few years ago I shopped extensively for a new grand piano. My teacher recommended I check out what they had and found a used Kawai that I love. Recently I noticed the lacquer on the bottom of the music desk peeling. I contacted the owner of the store, Joe who visited my home and inspected the problem. He quickly offered to repair it and I picked it up at his shop yesterday.
Even though the piano was used, he covered it under a warranty and there was no charge. This is spectacular service considering the age of the piano. I should also mention that his prices are very competitive.

I met Joe Woods because I was in search of a piano hinge for a woodworking project. I went to his workshop and he showed me around. He was kind enough to take the time to show me some of the absolutely beautiful pianos and explain some of the mechanics and history behind them. Really fascinating work. It was a lovely tour and such a privilege to get a look into his business and craftsmanship. Thank you!
