I needed to have a family piano moved from one location to another, and a friend recommended that I reach out to Miller Piano Specialists to see if they could help.Travis and Forrest responded right away, and their communication throughout the entire process was friendly and reassuring. They took great care of the piano during the moving process, and even shared some history about the piano's maker that I found very interesting!

It is clear that they care deeply about their customer's experience. I felt that I, and my piano, were very well taken care of and I will definitely contact Miller Piano Specialists again in the future!

My friend and I visited just to ask questions and learn; Forrest was so pleasant, patient, and well spoken. The people here clearly have a love for the craft and a love for the art. The pianos were also beautiful and while I am not an expert and may not appreciate them as much as someone more familiar, i really enjoyed looking over such incredible instruments.

Miller Piano is the only place I would recommend for buying a Piano in the greater Nashville area. I had been searching for a newer digital piano to suite my needs for my current living arrangement and had landed on a few different options. After making the drive, I was pleasantly surprised with how my interaction with the staff went. They were able to show me around their floor, noting the differences between each piano.

I ended up purchasing a nice piano and plan to do future business for some repair work on another piano I have. If you were wondering if there was ever a place to buy a piano look no further than Miller Piano!

We are extremely pleased with our experience of purchasing a piano from Miller Piano Specialists. I found a piano on their website and communicated with Forrest, who is very knowledgeable about pianos. We went to their showroom, met Forrest, and purchased a used Kawai baby grand. We appreciate the fact that he worked to stay within our budget and provided excellent service. The piano movers were professional, courteous, and efficient. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sherry Smith is the go to person for 5 star customer service. She took time, on her 4th of July holiday, to answer all of my question about the U3 Yamaha piano. We sealed the deal, over the phone. 3 days later my piano was delivered. Sherry drove 2 hours, to my house to seal the deal. I would advise anyone who's looking for a piano, to talk with Sherry Smith at Miller Piano Specialists. She is knowledgeable about their products, she is very easy to communicate with, and not once was I ever made to feel pressured into a decision. Thank you Sherry for all of your help.

Sherry at Miller Piano is amazing! She spent weeks helping to track down this beautiful white baby grand piano when it seemed nearly impossible to find an affordable option. She found it! It sounds absolutely beautiful and is the perfect addition to our family. Every part of our experience was wonderful and we will go back in a heartbeat!
