I had the most wonderful experience searching for my "forever piano" here! At first I felt overwhelmed and a little intimidated being surrounded by the world's most amazing pianos, but Dan helped me find the perfect piano for my budget! Dan was extremely knowledgable, thoughtful, and patient, and he made the entire shopping experience very memorable. The people here are warm, welcoming, and VERY honest. They worked extremely hard to ensure my instrument was correct and went beyond the call of duty to take care of us. Actions speak loudly, and they did not disappoint. No need to go anywhere else for your piano if you are a classical pianist or enjoy the unique tonal quality associated with a Steinway and want a calm and inviting environment to select it. Dan and Tony were excellent to work with. Thank you!

A few weeks ago we visited the Gallery and were met by Chris Clasgens, salesman extraordinaire, whom we knew from church. He showed us a large number of pianos in our price and size range. After getting my feedback on each piano, he said "I think I know just the piano for you." He led us to a 5' 9" Essex which had just the tone and touch that I needed. However, the price was above our range. Chris told us that a factory owned five year old model, with a drop dead gorgeous African wood finish, would be arriving the following week at our price range.
We made a small deposit and the piano was delivered the following week (after a test drive of course). To say we are thrilled would be an understatement. If you are looking for a knowledgeable person to work with you to find the perfect piano for your needs, you can do no better than Chris who is as ethical as he is knowledgeable. Thank you Chris. PS: My credentials: If you Google "best Jazz Pianist in Nashville" my smiling face and bow tie will show up near the top on three or four websites. With 33 online review, and 32 FIVE STARS, I am considered among the best party/event pianists in town.

These people provide a facility for recitals and never disappoint. We attended a recital tonight which our granddaughter was involved in. We truly appreciate The Piano Gallery providing a space for such a venue. To me this is huge. People helping the next generation with a leg up in a life of music.

The nicest people possible. We stopped in so my parents could hear my fiancee play the piano, and after hearing her play for a couple minutes they offered us to use the 9ft concert grand in a private recital hall on a little stage. Beautiful piano and it was a real treat for my parents to get her play on such an amazing instrument. Can't thank them enough for the hospitality.
