I highly recommend Seroe! She is very skilled, professional and pleasant. She has been tuning and tending to my piano for over 10 years. Each time she visits, I enjoy listening to her work; it's as though my piano is getting a massage.

Perfect tuning and fixed all action problems! Seroe was very kind and even patiently explained everything she was doing to my very interested 7 year old son. Also good cleanliness practices; mask, gloves, and sanitizing keys and piano surfaces before and after work. Highly recommended!

Clean, courteous, professional. We got a free piano that hadn't been tuned in years. She brought it back to life and it sounds amazing now! She took the time to teach a lot about the piano and what she was doing (much appreciated). Also had a lot of fun stories to fill the time. Tightened up everything including the bench! Went above and beyond what I expected. Will absolutely have her back for regular maintenance.

Seroe Michaud has been our trusted piano tuner for over 12 years. We have a 1908 Aeolian upright and I'm so grateful to have found Seroe to tune this old girl that's been in our family for 50yrs. She is a very talented tuner and pianist, very professional, reliable, affordable and is a responsive communicator. She is meticulous in her tuning, repairs and refurbishing. It is comforting to have her trusted service.
