Ken is computer savvy and sent reminders of our appointment. He fixed a pedal which g he ad been bothersome for years. Brought the piano up to standard pitch. A younger personable guy.

Ken was wonderful and his service to my 100 year old piano exceeded my expectations. He cleaned, tuned and made some small repairs for a reasonable price that 2 other services told me could not be done. All in a timely manner in my own home! Best service I have ever received. Highly recommend!

Our two pianos always sound so good after they have been serviced by Ken. We also trusted him with completely renovating our grand piano, which was the best decision we have ever made in regards to our pianos. He did an amazing job and as a result we have enjoyed an instrument that's a pleasure to play on. That's from a family of musicians playing the two pianos 4 hours/day.

Ken is a true professional who loves what he does and it really shows. He will bring out the best in your instrument because he cares. Not everyone can afford a Steinway or Yamaha Grand piano. No matter- he will get YOUR piano sounding the best it possible can. He is a kind and patient individual. No short cuts- only the best service every time. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone with any experience level from professional to beginner. You will not be disappointed.
