Bill Jones Music is a wonderful place to purchase any and all musical instrument needs. The owner, Bill Jones, is a pleasure to do business with. The rest of his staff is equally as nice. They are well versed in what they sell, and will help you pick the right product. We've purchased a keyboard, 2 ukuleles, and a violin from them. Needless to say, we'll be back for any other purchases in the future.

Lots of sheet music and books but you have to go often as inventory constantly changing. Really high piano prices. I've owned a few pianos and never paid anything close to their prices.

My wife and I visited the store and we found a great electric piano. The service was professional and friendly and we would up buying a Yamaha electric piano. The delivery was yesterday and went smoothly. My wife truly loves this piano. The keyboard has the feel of a real piano and sounds fantastic. The features of playing different music makes the experience wonderful. Bill Jones Music is the place to go for electric pianos and real pianos!

Changing my review due to change in employees From a 1 star to 4 stars. Greatest place in Knoxville for selection of music as well as other services. --- Good selection of music. Barbara (sells music) is very rude. Makes it not worth coming in.
