Thank you Bobb's for my new Kawai. I have been coming to their store since my childhood and now in my 30s I have my first digital piano (left in photo) so I can practice all times of the day and night. Looking forward to buying my next piano and thank you for all the resources you have provided over the years. Suggested teachers, tuners, and pianos to try out. You guys are the best around!

I drove from Miami to West Palm Beach. why? Because from first impression on the phone with Tim I knew I would be taken care well. He is. Dry knowledgeable and kind. I also had the pleasure of working with the owner Michael. Great people. AMAZING selection of quality pianos and there's a piano for every budget! I want to thank Tim, Bob and the entire team at BOBB's Pianos & Organs, for helping me get the amazing Kawai DG30 digital baby grand. Originally I was going for a smaller upright edition, but after playing this gorgeous instrument I was hooked! They helped me in many ways, so thankful - their delivery team was punctual and provided great set up service - and they were lots of fun too! Florida folks - whenever it's time to purchase or upgrade to one of the finest instruments in the world, stop in and be treated like family. Well done, BOBB'S team! Many thanks.

If you're going to consign your piano with this company please learn from my mistake and don't. I've called numerous times to ask about our piano that we consigned THREE years ago and I'm told they still have it. I find that hard to believe. The last time I called the gentleman said that "oh yeah, it's right here on the showroom." I asked him for a picture of our piano in the showroom so he could prove he still has it and guess what?

I never got a picture. Not only will they take your piano to consign but they have no interest in paying you what was agreed upon in your contract. So, Bobbs, how do you want to proceed with this because I'm done trying to get your business to do the right and honest thing.
