Our goal was to provide music education, promote and showcase bands to the Greater Rochester area. We asked bands to be able to perform 2 or 3 of their best songs (remembering that this is an educational and family oriented show), be able to participate in a "Round Table" discussion group, and be able to share something of interest that would be educational."
