Business Details
We have dedicated over four decades to the meticulous restoration of the world's finest pianos, with a specialized focus on Steinway & Sons grand pianos. Our founder, Jeremy Duckles, began his journey as a violist at the Manhattan School of Music before mastering the artisanal craft of piano restoration. We combine period-correct materials with 18th-century techniques to return concert grands and family heirlooms to their original glory. Our workshop has restored over one hundred instruments, including a rare Louis Majorelle art-case piano comparable to the masterpiece in The Metropolitan Museum of Art. We serve professional musicians, private collectors, institutions, and families throughout the Hudson Valley, the Northeast, and internationally. Every restoration project undergoes structural rebuilding, precise voicing, and rigorous testing to ensure long-term performance and tonal balance.

We maintain uncompromising standards by treating each instrument as a collaboration with its original craftsman, preserving historical intent. Our team provides expert guidance through private showroom consultations, allowing clients to experience the rich touch and tone before purchase. We stand behind our work with climate-controlled storage, insured moving services, and precision tuning to support the instrument's entire lifecycle. We are honored to have earned the trust of world-class artists such as Roberta Flack, Philip Glass, Patricia Racette, and Julie Gold. Our commitment to transparency and craftsmanship ensures that every piano we restore becomes a lasting legacy for future generations.

To anyone reading this, stay away from Supreme Pianos at all costs. The owner, Jeremy, comes off as being honest and even has spiritual gurus hanging on the wall of his shop but he is a wolf in sheeps clothing so dont be fooled.

Hes sold me two pianos, one being a VERY expensive Steinway and in retrospect the first one I bought was also not what he claimed. He advertised both pianos as having been completely restored with a new pinblock and sound board but apparently it wasnt and now it needs at LEAST $15,000 worth of work plus moving and the support legs were the wrong ones as it turns out so they fall out.

Sloppy work isnt the word, its much worse plus he has inexperienced workers working for him and I had to have the built-in humidifier reinstalled at my expense because one of his inexperienced helpers install it.

Always late for tuning or late cancellations and very aloof. Jeremy is nothing but a grifter. I will be making some more posts and videos on this guy so look out for them on forums and my channel. Sorry everyone , I wish I was having a better day. Contact me for more info if you choose.

Jeremy and his team are awesome. They restored my vintage Steinway model O. It was a wreck unplayable and with their dedication and skill made the instrument feel and sound very satisfying (and I am not easy to please!)
I have just recorded Goldberg variations of Bach and am very content that Jeremy was in my court!

I just bought my second piano from Supreme, a gorgeous completely restored 1906 model A Steinway. Its the best piano Ive ever played. Jeremys work is impeccable and its my dream piano. He even tried to get me to buy a much cheaper piano. I couldnt have asked for more.
