I was hesitant spending over $10K restoring a 1918 upright grand but Sam turned it into a masterpiece. He must be a perfectionist. It looks flawless and sounds spectacular, and I'm a difficult customer. No regrets here. it's so good

The Best! Over the last 30 years my wife and I have lived in four cities with our Yamaha C3 and always sought out the 'best' tuner in town. Sam came highly recommend and 20 years latter has become a trusted friend and only technician/tuner we want touching our piano. Not to mention - our dog loves Sam which is far more important than you might think. We've had past tuners that hate dogs (the dog knows!) and makes for a challenging tuning!

Friendly, kind and talented. Always reaches out to remind us when it is time for a tuning. Excellent for furniture refinishing as well. Highly recommended!

I love the way Sam makes the action on my piano feel, as well as I love the way he makes it sound! Both are equally as important to me. I love Sam. He has a key to my house.that's how much I trust him! I love the level of service Sam gives.it's a no-brainer for me.
