We had a great experience buying a piano with help from Steve. We called around looking for an upright and found that we were presented with the best pricing right away. I live in Omaha and was looking for a Bechstein concert piano. Steve Rivera made that possible without even visiting Kim's piano store in California, all through the phone. This wouldn't happen without his amazing professionalism, customer focus, listening skills to what I was looking for, his full transparency. He never stopped providing follow ups on my piano shipment status and ensure that piano made it to my house safe and sound. Overall, an outstanding experience. Awesome people, great pianos and more. I bought my piano last November and I love it. They give you a complimentary one time tuning and delivered it on the same day. Called them again a few weeks ago for the key and they had it ready on the same day. So professional and kind.
