Came in to get an overdrive pedal as a gift for an aspiring guitarist. Got a demo of 3 different pedals at the store - they were super helpful. Ultimately saved me some cash, since the one I liked best wasn't the most expensive. You can't replace a music store with online - gotta get your ears engaged in the purchase. The staff here were great, definitely musicians who know their stuff and care about you getting the right gear. Prices are good too - I'd recommend it!

Nice staff. Dust free guitars. It looks like Tommy's have a nice collection of all your needs. Support your local guitar shop.

I cannot say enough about the great experience I had at Tommy's. I wanted an amp that would give me some great sound, but I dont have the ability to play to really feel something out and see if it meets my needs. I wanted to confirm that my gear paired with a Blackstar HT MK II amp had the sound I was after. Luckily, I went to the right shop. The guy that was helping me was very nice and could see I was struggling.

He played some stuff that immediately confirmed that that was the Amp I was looking for. I got a great deal on it, and they also gave me a cover! Thank you so much to the 2 guys that helped me. I appreciate it.

Quality craftsmanship, great communication, and friendly service. I entrusted Tommy with a rebuild of my early-00's Epiphone Les Paul. He took the time to explain the rebuild options and guide me based on the sound I was after. The rebuild took less time than originally quoted and the guitar plays absolutely amazing now. Tommy's work is incredible and he's got me as a customer for life. I will always place my guitars in his hands when they need some shop love. Thanks Tommy!

I am new to the world of electric guitars, and needed help with strap locks. I have to say this was one of the nicest interactions I've ever had at a music store. I recently moved back to the Snohomish area and was happy to be back at Tommy's. Thank you for being so kind and patient with your customers. I'll always reccomend this place.

New guitar player (75 years old), finally broke a string. Had read about Tommy's, so visited the shop. They would have promptly replaced my string, but evaluated that I needed new strings (after 2 years!). Replaced in an hour, lighter strings, sounds great, and very great service and price. I will be a regular with these guys, they are the real deal.

Had my Guild acoustic worked on at Tommy's and they did a great job. Very friendly, knowledgeable and are not pushy about selling anything to you. Felt like I was talking to friends while I was in the shop. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking to buy, need work done or just want to check out guitars and get to know more about them!

A great semi-Vintage store. All the guys love to flock there! Probably girls too. It's local with that hometown feeling in the heart of this Art-filled City of Everett! Near there by the post office are apartments with private music lessons for any interested crowds. But overall it's so good to know this great little guitar shop already has it all!

Came into the store to see about getting a plug-in jack looked that that has been getting feedback on my Epiphone Les-Paul. I didn't get his name, but a young man took the guitar and began looking into the issue. He began by cleaning the guitar, in a rather hurried fashion, stating the problem was that the guitar was dirty. Wiping the guitar down and cleaning the jack didn't fix the plug in issue, and eventually I left with my guitar with the same issue.

When I got home I removed the guitar from my case and noticed the Nano Mag pickup on the neck was broken loose. I can't say for sure if it was damaged by the fella, but the overall interaction was not what I've come to expect here.
