We bought a used Yamaha grand piano from the store last month. I saw it on the store's website and called to reserve it. Dave, the owner, was responsive by both phone and email, professional, and helpful. We drove to Venice, FL from Orlando the next weekend to check the piano. There were a few scratches on the key cover. I said it would be great if they could be removed somehow, but I didn't have high hope for it.
I signed the contract and made my payment. I was willing to buy it as is. However, Dave did get a good technician who was able to remove the scratches before the piano was delivered to my house, thus the key cover now looks perfect. It was a great pleasure doing business with Dave!

We loved our experience. We bought a digital piano for our 6 year old as an update from her smaller keyboard. The store experience was great. No upselling or haggling. And we all had fun trying out the seemingly hundreds of beautiful pianos. No pressure, great prices, and we'll go back in a year or so for their upgrade deal.

I am so happy to have found this place! Dave really took his time to show me all the pianos and help me decide what would be best. As a newbie I was pretty intimidated going in but he made the process So nice and Easy. He was not pushy at all in making my final decision which I really appreciated. After finding the perfect piano (which they have so many for ALL budgets) it was delivered two days later! The delivery guys were quick and respectful. I highly recommend this place. As a normally quite active 81 yr. old, who had abdominal surgery a week ago, I wondered what I would do with a lengthy convalescence. A stop at the Piano Guys to look at the used music for pianos, soon answered my question. There was a very reasonable used keyboard (like a piano) there with a lot of fun options and huge amount of recorded songs from every genre.
The owner gave me a good trade in value on my existing one. Once in my home, I needed some assistance in mastering the new instrument. I was given patient and knowledgeable help in mastering the new toy and I LOVE IT! Thank You! Kay Rihn I dare you to stop in!

We had a fantastic experience working with Dave at The Piano Guys. We were looking for an affordable piano in good working condition for our two young daughters who are taking piano lessons. After an unsuccessful local search in Orlando, we were thrilled to discover The Piano Guys deliver throughout the state for a fair delivery price. Dave and his team are fantastic. While I know moving piano's on a daily basis is his business, I had the unusual request to move a church organ (console is 700 pounds) from the east coast of Florida to my home in Venice. Dave took care of all of the logistics and I had my new (to me) organ in my home in a few days. Not a scratch, dent or anything disturbed. These folks are top-notch and do an awesome job! Thank you so much for making this move flawless.

Just moved to South Florida and found The Piano Guys via Craigslist. I called to ask a few questions about a piano I had been interested in. The owner took my call after business hours and took the time to ask specific questions which helped me select the right piano for me. I took a chance and bought it sight unseen (though the website did offer a video).
The delivery team was amazing and the piano truly has exceeded my expectations. Great customer service and excellent value. I'll definitely recommend The Piano Guys to my friends. What an amazing experience. Thank You!

What an excellent experience! I stopped by the store to scope out an electric piano we were going to give my mother in law as a Christmas gift. David showed me several models both new and used, was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and accommodating when I asked him to remove the price tags (we didn't want her to see what we were spending) when we were going to stop by so she could try out a few different models.
I went back a few days later because she decided which one she wanted. I had found an identical model at another store and David matched the price for me.
