I had bass shipped from out of state and as you can guess it looked like Ace Ventura delivered it. Fretboard coming off the neck. Took it to Dale after a lot of running around, he was awesome, got it fixed up and playing great. Fast service, good price. Definitely recommend!

We are currently renting two instruments from SDCME. The instrument quality and customer service are top notch. My oldest daughter has a cognitive delay and takes trumpet lessons with Mr. Aaron. He is amazing with her. She said a doing really well under his tutelage.

I went there with my son to purchase a tenor Sax - Aaron helped us, and was very patient. My son was able to test out a couple of saxophones, as well as a couple of mouthpieces. Aaron really helped him articulate what he should listen/look for in his mouthpieces - We were in the store for 2.5 hours, and never felt like we were taking too long. Aaron and the rest of the staff was very understanding that one has to take one's time when choosing an instrument. Thank you guys for your help. My son is really happy with his sax.

Aaron & Louis were hands down the BEST customer service I've ever received. The amount of patience and expertise they provided in the purchasing of my daughters new trumpet was without doubt, above and beyond. The only place I go in North County for supplies and repair. They have a great selection of reeds and accessories. Also available are some woodwind and brass, plenty of guitar and bass.
