Bob was the only person on Roland's/Boss's service webpage in my area (Worcester MA) who responded to my call and email about fixing a broken power supply input on my RC-300 Loop Station. He clearly explained his deposit system (he charges a non-refundable fee of $45 for analysis, and if the job is possible, he applies that to the final cost) and cautiously and communicatively repaired my pedal in a reasonable time frame, aware that I need it to gig and wanting to get it back to me quickly. Great guy to know when a wicked important pedal has a hardware problem. Thanks Bob!

Paid $45 deposit for nothing. Had my amp for 5 weeks before I finally picked it up. If it's not a simple problem don't waste you're time or money. I won't try him again.

I brought in a simple piece of equipment and told him I thought it might need a new switch. He needs a deposit of $50 to even look at your problem- so I paid it. Weeks after he said he'd be in touch he called to say it was ready and I owed another $60. I went in and tested my equipment. It did not work. He didn't even look at the switch. He still charged me the extra money and I walked out feeling like I was robbed of $110. Later, I sent the equipment to the manufacturer in California who repaired it for $50 and got it back to me lightning fast. I should have done that to begin with. Avoid this guy like the plague.

He asked me to give $45 of a deposit, but he didn't do anything but required me to give additional $150 to fix my amp; the price of my amp was $100.

Quality service. Bob Knows what he is doing. Many folks don't realize that older equipment was meant to be service. and Modern equipment is meant to be replaced. sometimes it takes a long time just getting at the problem. I trust Bob with my gear and will return many times.

Bob is the man! I brought an amp to him that had a variety of problems and he fixed them all perfectly. While going through my amp, he found other smaller issues and called me to see if I wanted to pursue those too and how much it would be. He was honest about the price and did a phenomenal job and in a couple weeks I had a great amp again. I will definitely go to him in the future with my gear! Be patient and you will be happy.

I have been using Bob and the team at PMS for years. he always fixes it right the first time. The price is what I would expect to pay. He's usually buried in work so I don't expect same day service. But I keep going back because he gets the job done right.

They diagnosed the problem with my keyboard and then successfully repaired it. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you!

Great place. Fast turn around and knowledgeable, professional service. Seems to be a fair price as well.
