Took my son's guitar there for an electrical issue. They were super friendly and very helpful in figuring out what was wrong and did the repairs quickly and at a very good price.

My Martin D10e was hitting frets on the high E string. Took it to Mark's for a repair appraisal. They quoted a price, I asked how long (thinking a week or more).he had it fixed in under an hour, AND charged less than his quote. They are tops in my book.will definitely be a repeat customer.

The absolute best guitar shop in Spokane. any time i've ever needed something done on any of my instruments they've gone above and beyond and often done a bunch of work for free. i'd give 'em 10 stars if i could!

Had my classical guitar strung by Mark some time ago and I couldn't be more pleased. He is the best in quality and service in the City and there's nowhere else I'd rather go for music gear, repair and maintenance, and of course guitars and pedals. Mark and his staff are always friendly and answer all of your questions even if you're not ready to buy.

He's a true musician and understands musicians and what kind of service they're looking for. I appreciate Mark and all of his staff and will be a lifelong customer as long as he keeps the doors open. Thank you! BRAVO! Five stars all around!

Down to earth. Friendly. Knowledgeable. And supportive of my shopping preferences. All of these qualities and more are what made my experience at Mark's Guitar Shop so pleasant. The people who worked there knew how to guide me to the right guitar without putting any pressure or manufactured praise on me. I was comfortable in their store because they didn't have an agenda.

That vibe is not present at places like Guitar Center. Big corporate Guitar Center stores don't give a damn about you - just your money. If you wanna NOT be a pawn, go to Mark's. If you wanna be treated like a human, go to Mark's. If you value professional credibility, go to Mark's. They're my new fave. I will not shop elsewhere. Except Costco - I'll still go to Costco because Mark's Guitar Shop doesn't sell hotdogs.

Incredible service, so good. I found an online listing for a classical guitar over Thanksgiving week, e-mailed to inquire about shipping, and received a response the same day. Within 48 hours we had found a price and shipping method that worked for both parties. The guitar arrived today, it was packed very safely and plays beautifully -- and I'm getting suspicious it was even given a real set up before it was shipped (no extra cost).

The owner had great communication and made my whole TG week better, not only by getting me the guitar but also by being personable. Cross-posting this to ensure other people see it, although by the looks of the other reviews, I'm only the latest in a long series of people to discover this gem of a shop.

Super friendly and great guys. Sold me a kickass 88 Les Paul and were extremely diligent on answering all my questions and concerns. They will be getting my service from now on. Go here if your in the market for a new axe or anything guitar related, they will take care of you!

I had ordered some hip shot locking tuners for one of my guitars, they helped me figure out exactly which set I needed for the guitar, and got them ordered. Once I got them in, I was installing them and had an issue with one when it sheered off inside the tuner. I went back in and explained my issue and they got me a replacement sent in just a few days and were incredibly kind through the entire process. Thank you again Marks guitar shop!

I have an lbanez SR650 bass that I unfortunately let sit for a couple years, only originally got the setup "most of the way" there, and in general didn't enjoy playing because the action felt way too high down low on the fretboard, especially on A and G. I dropped it off last Friday and got a call from Bob today that it was done, picked it up, got home, plugged it in, let it rip, and it's like a whole new instrument. Bob went above and beyond in getting this guitar in working order and I am beyond impressed. Mark's is certainly getting all my future repair and maintenance business on all of my guitars.

A resident of Ontario, Canada, I recently purchased an acoustic guitar from Nathan at Mark's Guitar Shop. Both Nate & Bob were very professional throughout the transaction. Communication was prompt, and all questions were answered with patient Customer Service. The guitar was well packaged for its 2300 mile journey. It arrived, and was as described and advertised. An overall satisfactory experience, and a five-star rating/recommendation for Nathan and his team.

Great service at an affordable price. The folks here are super friendly and helpful. They fixed up my Fender acoustic in less than a day and it now sounds better than when I bought it new! Very pleased with them. Highly recommend!

Small store with a huge personality. Was able to meet Bob and had a great conversation with him. No pressure, and really nice gear. Can't wait to come back!

Nate saved the day! Drove in from Montana and the heat had affected my truss rod. They were able to do a same-day adjustment and have me ready for my evening show. Thanks a billion!

Smaller music store but much better than the other ones in town (ie. Hoffmans and guitar center). Owner and employees are awesome and super friendly plus they actually know about what they are selling. There aren't teenagers sitting around messing with the equipment all day which keeps the stuff in good condition.
