My husband and I inherited my mom's piano, which was a gift from my father well over 25 years ago. We have had it in our possession for at least 15 years and never had it tuned. This was a big task and the gentlemen who came out to tune it was not only professional and skilled, but willing to go the extra mile to bring our piano back to sounding like it was meant to sound! He worked well over the original appointment time and explained the process to us. It will need one more "fine tuning" in about a month to complete the process, but it already sounds so beautiful! I am super impressed with the entire experience. A+++

I recently moved my piano from my mother's house in CT to my home in RI and then followed up with a tuning. Everything went very smoothly from booking the move and tuning to delivery and tuning. My piano is old and everyone treated the piano with care! Thank you!
