Bought an old Bundy Selmer tenor sax there. Plays like a dream. A fairly inexpensive dream. Also good harmonicas.

I am the owner of a guitar repair shop here in Pocatello, Rhett's Frets LLC. They are really kind and good to get me what I need and they even discount things for me because I go there so much.

Went in with my wife, both of us had $$$ to spend. We were never acknowledged, they were to busy ripping some kid off on a banjo. I'll never shop here again.

I've had good experiences whenever I go there. It's a fun store and it has lots of instruments and gear. I love my bass amp I picked up here, and I recently experienced good service and sound advice on how to install new tuners on an old guitar. It's a great place to get ukuleles, guitars, amps, keyboards, and other cool stuff.

Original review was a complaint at one store. After contacting management/owner, they replied promply and went above and beyond to fix the problem, Kurt went above and beyond just fixing the problem. I will definitely be back.
