Mikes Music is ok as it's the only music store in the area. Andy and staff aren't really knowledgeable at all when it comes to Fender guitars though, which is kind of surprising as they are an Fender authorized dealer.

Excellent customer service as well as knowledgeable staff I came in to have my esp ltd serviced due to fret buzz and I thought I was going to need my frets filed and just ended up needing the truss rod adjusted did the labor for free and only charged for a set of strings while waiting for my esp to get re setup I played a Jackson Kelly in the store loved it and ended up buying that as well as another pedal and stand at a great price I would highly recommend Mike's music

Hello all, I just bought another guitar from Mike's music in Fonddulac, WI. It is a Gretsch G2420 Streamliner hollow body. I also bought a hardshell case for it. As usual, the service was excellent. I am going to buy a telecaster this summer and it will be from Mike's. Mike's music is the only music store that I buy from. Everybody is very knowledgeable on instruments. In the past 2 years I have purchased 3 guitars, a Marshall Amp, and a Fender mini-amp. They are trustworthy and go above and beyond for the customers. Excellent in every way. Thanks, Rob
