We visited the shop without an appointment. But the owner found us and willingly let us in. He gave us very good advice, and we decided to buy very nice YAMAHA digital piano at very good price. He delivered the piano next morning on time, set up with care. We are satisfied with nice piano and his work. So we give five stars.

Dan Williams is the nastiest, meanest, rudest person I've ever dealt with in my life. He said he said he "didn't have any interest" in helping me because he said wasn't going to "bend over backwards" to allow me to place an order for a product that's not currently in stock, even though I was willing to pay for shipping and delivery charges myself or perhaps pick up in person when it comes in, even though I live out of state.
He constantly interrupted me and wouldn't let me complete a sentence. He had the nerve to hang up on me to top it off. And when I called back to figure out why, he said "be careful, you're about to get hung up on again." I don't think I've ever been treated like this in my life, and to think I was prepared to spend thousands of dollars with this company. Nasty, selfish, arrogant person. Stay far away!
