My experience with McBrayer's Award Piano was phenomenal! Our family had a 110 year old Knabe medium grand piano that was showing its age and Danny provided a thorough evaluation. Trusting his professional guidance over another restorer, I decided on a complete rebuild that took almost 1 year. They provided continual updates w/photos and welcomed me to their shop many times to visit as the work progressed. Jody and Frank are skilled artisans who are dedicated to high quality work and exacting attention to detail.

I had lofty expectations for the finished product that were exceeded in every way. Not only does the piano look brand new, but the sound quality is incredible. I highly recommend McBrayer's, they are honest with a strong customer focus and do top notch work!

McBrayer's has a good selection of pianos in different price ranges. They are friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a very nice Yamaha upright from them last June. They delivered it and have provided excellent service for it since, including fixing a buzz that it developed and free tuning. Highly recommend!

McBrayer overhauled my 41 year-old Kawai KG-2, and it sounds and plays better than it did when it was new. Their mover picked it up promptly, and Danny was in touch with a complete written description of the restoration and the price. The quality of work performed and great care they took with my piano were second to none. Tone and volume are superb, and the action feels precise and responsive. Their movers brought it back, positioned it, and their tuner was promptly in touch with me. I'm very pleased. JAMES LEHR

McBrayer's is a great family owned company that does fantastic work and understands customer focus and attention to detail. Danny kept us up to date with pictures of our Baby Grand piano restoration and invited us to visit the shop anytime which we did. Top quality work at a fair price. We are happy campers and very proud to show off the restored piano.
