I am so happy with the Schimmel grand piano I purchased through Piano Emporium. Shane Owenby, PE's owner and expert piano technician, shepherded me every step of the way as I upgraded to this magnificent 7 foot beauty. He never pushed "the sale" and bent over backwards to make it affordable for me. Now that I have my Dream Piano, Shane is taking extra-special care to make sure I still love the way it sounds.
I should mention also that recently I asked Shane for help with an adult student I work with - to get them the piano of their dreams, too - and that student is now in possession of a lovely Yamaha grand and is overjoyed by having a piano that brings out the true beauty of the music. Piano Emporium is keeping the music going!

Derrick and Ben did a FANTASTIC job moving our piano yesterday! They were efficient, friendly, skilled, and meticulous from start to finish - right down to giving the piano a polish and making sure the rug underneath was flat. Shane was so helpful with scheduling our long-distance move and keeping us updated on its progress. We are so pleased and would recommend Piano Emporium to anyone!

Shane is a condescending individual who values money over music. Have a conversation with Shane before you trust him with a piano. Judge for yourself. but I don't trust Piano Emporium.
