I've used Robert for several pianos. He has always been efficient and careful of both the pianos and the household. He casually shares interesting piano facts while lifting these heavy machines, a feat in itself. A consummate professional, I'll keep this piano mover on speed dial for the next time I'm moving.

When our piano mover fell through at the last minute, we reached out to Robert who kindly squeezed us in (and on a Saturday no less!) He was professional, experienced and maneuvered our piano easily with care and expertise. It was transported securely and delivered without issue. Pricing with also very fair. Would use him again in the future. Highly recommend Robert and River City Piano!

Critical: Professionalism Robert was very dishonest with me. Charged $50 more than we agreed on and the total charge was $400 for moving a Cline 6'1 piano. It was about 10 miles distance. He didn't even bother to finish his job connecting the pedals back to the piano after moving. He was not professional. I would not recommend him to others. Service: Local moving

Robert is very professional and gave great advice when I was deciding what pianos to rent. He definitely knows a lot about pianos. I am an experienced pianist, and being a customer at this store has been a pleasure. It's definitely a very trustworthy store that I would recommend anyone who's looking for a piano!
