My family has been purchasing pianos from this location for multiple generations. The staff here do not act as typical salespeople, instead they serve as intermediaries connecting musicians with suitable instruments. Definitely visit this place for your piano needs, as they excel at matching musicians with the right instrument for them.

I bought my wonderful baby grand from Altenburg 30 years ago-moving it into my 3rd floor Greenwich Village walkup apartment seemed impossible, but they did it! Today, Don, who will never forget how hard it was to move the piano in when he has 30 years old, now a spry and strong 60 year-old, joined Fred and one more to move it out of the apartment and they're now on their way to Rhode Island, the piano's new home. These are truly amazing movers, who have also been friendly and professional on every step of this process. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fred and Mark were absolutely wonderful to work with. I couldn't have been happier with the process and their patience through it all. I specifically sought them out because they are the August Forster dealer recommended by the company. I know that when I am ready for a larger piano, I will absolutely be returning.
