After comparing all the music shops in the area, I went to Lashof's to rent a violin because their program was BY FAR the best. They were helpful and nice, too.

I have been dealing with Dale Music every sense I was in elementary school. Now I'm a mom with a child that shows a love for music I don't know one else to go to besides Dale Music they are very loving people to get help from.

Unlike the 'Big Box' guitar chains, Jerry's provides great customer service in an environment that isn't intimidating to novices, yet the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Great selection of acoustics, plus the place to go for lessons. Can say enough about Jerry and his staff!

This is a small comfortable neighborhood shop that stocks Larrivee Guitars as well as G&L (Leo Fender), Eastwood and Godin products. They have a good selection of books and supplies at great prices.

Dan, the owner, KNOWS keyboards. I have known Dan for years when he worked for the Washington Music Center and Guitar Center. He has been around and knows the business and will not steer you wrong!

When our son's violin broke a few days before a concert, they were able to rent us a repalcement instrument and the repairs they made greatly improved his violin. We found them to be extremely knowlagable, professional and friendly.

I've bought instruments, reeds, mouthpieces, repairs from L&L for the past 10? years. I've brought school instruments there for repair at the request of county music teachers. The owner gives back to the community in many ways.

Phil is a Luthier in the finest tradition of the craft. Not some hack from Guitar center who does not care about your instrument. I absolutely trust him with my high end instruments and he can breathe new life in to a basic instrument by setting it up right.

This store has almost everything for Brasswind! There's not too much you can't find here. They have some rare brands of instruments and even rarer mouthpieces. But their selection of instruments is even more impressive. This is one of my favorite stores now!

I went to the Music Workshop from 6-8 years old, and I mastered the piano there. I loved my piano teacher, but shes no longer there, I am now 15 and I still love music till this day.

I have had work done by the talented and master lutjier John Thurston. If there is a Holy Grail of luthiers, then here he is. Never in my 45 years as a professional player have I seen workmanship, excating detail and accuracy like Mr. Thurstons. He is meticulous and exceptional at his craft.
