As a would be bluegrass musician I have bought banjos and guitars from this store, and had setup work done on all my instruments. John Ramsey and the store have a completely deserved national reputation for quality, integrity and workmanship.

We went looking for a piano for my kids. The staff at the store really seemed to care about what we needed. They have a HUGE selection of pianos and keyboards. They have movies for the kids while we looked. We found a great instrument at a very good price. A quality store. Thanks!

Really should get NO STARS. Too corporate. Store has very little in the way of truly good music accessories for wind instruments. Does NOT have their own repair department so routine procedures take over one week or more. Unknowledgeable, uncommunicative, strange and bizarre staff. Has needlessly

Paul is the only person that tunes, repairs, and moves my pianos. He has moved my pianos in and out of tight-spaced apartments without damaging them or the apartment. I would recommend him to anyone who asked.

I brought my guitar in to be fixed and they broke it. This isn't what upset me, things happen. I was insulted when (although I bought this guitar from THEIR store for $750.00) they offered me $100.00 to replace the guitar! I have spent thousands at guitar Center. I will not spend another dime

Gary just left my house and my piano sounds great! He is very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He has been tuning pianos for over 30 years! I highly suggest his service. When our piano needs to be tuned again, I will call Gary. He was also able to tell me what year my piano was made.

I absolutely love this store. The folks in there are like family and so very helpful. I have bought and sold instruments in there and they have always worked with me to give me the best price they can.
