This piano was purchased for my daughter while she was in high school taking piano lessons. She was the lone piano/owner player of this piano.
Was meticulously cared for.
Rarely practice on, as the school my daughter attended had most of the piano practice at her school.
Has been in a temperature-regulated living room, sitting in one place, never moved. (Note: ignore the floor, as we are remodeling and about to put in Bamboo flooring!)
It has been tuned once since ownership.
