I had been searching for specific digital piano models to see if the technology for advanced piano recording has finally made its way to the digital sphere. Kyle and Sebastian were incredibly accommodating to my requests. They communicated promptly, verified product availability in the store, and let me test out the products for a few hours over the course of two days. Ultimately, I decided to stay with my acoustic recording, but wanted to give credit where credit is due. We recently purchased a Yamaha "CLP795GP" from Solich Piano Cleveland in December 2021. Due to pandemic and we were out of town, without visiting the shop, we phone communicated with Solich team: Thomas, Kyle and Sebastain to discuss which model suits us the best. With their expertise, we were bale to make a quick decision, the piano was carefully delivered before Christmas, the zoom demo was easy to follow.

Our kids were so excited and enjoy playing this piano a lot! Although this is an digital piano, it's weighted like classic piano. The sound is so powerful and also elegant. We highly recommend to shop your next piano in Solich Piano Cleveland.

Fantastic experience the whole way through. I was unable to source The N1X Avant Grand anywhere in or near Chicago where I live, so I started searching online and found myself on the Solich Cleveland website. Kyle at Solich immediately got on the phone with me, informed me that they in fact did have availability of the this specific piano that I was looking for.

He coordinated my financing, and logistics for the delivery right on the spot. All was complete within the hour. He made contacts with his movers in the Chicago area right away to coordinate my delivery day and time. Start to finish from placing the order on the phone to delivery and set up in my home was only 7 days, even amidst the delivery from out of state.

I purchased a used digital piano from Solich through the Pittsburgh Opera used piano sale. The experience was smooth; the sales people were friendly and helpful, and it was not a high pressure sales experience at all. As it was a used piano, I discovered a small technical issue when we got it set up at home. My purchase included a warranty so I called them up and was able to arrange for a technician to come to my home.

I was worried I'd have to lug it back out of my house and drive it to Cleveland but the tech came to my home and repaired it within an hour and it was good as new. Very happy with the overall experience.

We were having trouble finding a piano with the features we were looking for locally. As luck would have it, our google search showed us Solich Piano in Ohio as an authorized Yamaha Dealer. We were apprehensive to try to make a purchase this far away from home. But I called and spoke to Kyle about his inventory, features we were seeking, and the purchasing process. They were able to back right up to the house, use ramps to bring the piano in and had us up and running with our new piano in 30 minutes. The three movers were professional and friendly as well. Kyle also connected us to a piano tuner and made arrangements for a complementary piano tuning which we are in the process of scheduling.
