Too picky with their customers. Can't play a guitar if you look dirty or if you "don't know what you're doing." Workers were nice though.

I am going to say it right now. The stuff here is expensive, but it is worth paying the amount. The stuff you find here for music (instruments, reeds, sticks, valve oil, mallets, strings, books, etc) are good quality and I have never had a bad experience with Separk Music out of the 3 years that I have been in band (I started band back in 7th grade). Pepper the dog is awesome and they are good with instrument repairs.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced for guitar repair, and their dog is so sweet.

Needed some strings but they close at 7pm. I called at the last minute asking if they had what I needed and they did! (The other guitar place did not ). I told Tim I'd be there literally just at closing and he told me he would hold the strings at the counter. Great customer service. Thank you! P.S. I won't try to let the last minute thing become a habit. Thanks again guys

Seems like a large selection of musical instruments and sheet music. The employees are friendly and not pushy. I didn't like the fact that they have a dog walking around the store. It us well behaved, but I have sever allergies and kids that are fearful of dogs so it made the visit difficult. I will probably look for another music store.

Great CS from everyone at Separk. Personable and professional, a winning combination. Prices are in line with online competitors, so no need to wait. Took a 1 hour intro lesson to trumpet with Anthony, and found I could make notes, so bought my first trumpet and cannot out it down. I'm in love with my brass beauty! Oh, that trumpet sound . Looking forward to the long road ahead

If you need an instrument for your child they have a Great Rental Program. And they also have private lessons at an affordable price. I can not say enough about the Awesome Staff friendly and caring. And then there is a four leg fur Baby employee named Pepper she is sure to brighten your Day.

Somewhat helpful and according to our comparisons very expensive, but a small town family store. When we can support them we will.
