I ordered the Steak and eggs. Asked for the Steak well done and it wasn't. Then the waitress brought our eggs after we finished eating.

Overpriced food. their quality over the years have diminished significantly. you order a breakfast combo and the hash browns are undercooked but rest assured, it looks cooked but that's not the case. You order over medium eggs but they give you over easy eggs. I would suggest any place over Norms. I can assure you you'll be greatly disappointed.

Stopped in for breakfast today, was servicing our vehicles over at the Toyota Dealership. Decided to enjoy Norms, service was great and our food was excellent. Our Server was always at our table asking if we needed anything. Great experience at this location would recommend this location if you are in the area and want great service and food.

I ordered the sirloin steak trio. The steak is small but tasty. The mashed potatoes and fried shrimp was also tasty. Iced tea is brewed correctly. The customer service by my waiter Christian was excellent. Clean restaurant. Better than the Derby in Arcadia.

Oh, hey Norms, I'm the guy where you embarrassed me and my wife by refusing to do anything nice on my birthday. The manager refused to give me the free breakfast even after I did the email club thing. Anyway, that's the review others can still read, Im writing today to please ask you guys to stop sending me emails for offers you won't probably even fulfill. I don't recommend people spend gas driving to your restaurant either. So please Mr. Manager take me off your email list. Thank you Signed Birthday boy.

I've been here many of times. I've eaten here at 3am, 1pm, in large groups and small. This restaurant is so inconsistent. You aren't ever completely sure if your food is going to come out how you ordered it, or taste at all decent. If you get the baked potato plain you can see for yourself the lack of quality in vegetables alone. Their gumbo soup is just canned soup from the grocery store and they upcharge for it.

The seating service always act like you're burdening them walking in and wanting to be seated, by time you're seated and ordering you feel the same unwanted service while ordering they rush you and get irritated that they cannot be speak clearly and well through their masks and with their accents sometimes. As I'm writing this, sitting in the restaurant with my food in front of me, I'm observing how the waiter is being rude to other patrons.

Unfortunately this is the only one in the area. The staff needs to be retrained on everything from friendliness to their jobs. My girlfriend has undercooked shrimp and I have a pretty spoiled baked potato. Don't eat at this location if you're picky.

This place is delightful. I have only been to a Norms once. We decided to give this place a try again. We entered around 4pm. We had about a 20 min wait. We sat down and our server came by right away. Everything we ordered was delicious. We had lots of leftovers. The soups needed a vegetarian choice because my daught had to eat salad due to the lack of vegetarian soup choices.

The portions are generous so come hungry. Prices are reasonable. I would like to go back and try the breakfast food. We had a decent server. 4pm was a good time to eat with little wait.

I used to love norms but haven't been there for a few years. Definitely not the same as I remember quality wise. Not saying it was bad but just different. Food was still good but think IHOP or dennys are slightly better. Portion are good in comparison to price paid. Service was quick and food came out just as quick.

Don't order from your Grubhub app because it won't be there as they say when it's ready. Had to wait another 45 mins to get your food. What's the point of ordering ahead? So ended up eating there and Amanda our server looked like she is annoyed that we are there. She pass us several times and never stop to ask if we need something until we flag her. She had an attitude when we ask for OJ, I will never go back to Claremont Norms. Covina has more friendlier people and they always smile.

I just left here and let me just say, this was the absolute most cold me n my family were ever, eating inside of a restaurant. It was so uncomfortable, we were shaking because of how cold it was. I'm too nice and tolerate too much before I finally say something. Also, I'm normally the cold one all the time but my husband and daughter are always hot and sweating even when it's cold or fresh out and even they were freezing.

So I KNOW if they're cold, it MUST BE cold. So I finally let my server know how cold we were and if we could move tables because it was too cold and she replied, "it's cold everywhere inside". That she was going to see if she could change the temperature. So tell me why did I ended up feeling colder than when I asked by the time I left? My head even started to hurt in there.

The employees are working and moving around in long sleeves and pants, I'm sure it feels perfect in there for them but not for your guests. Word of advice, bring a jacket because it's ridiculously cold at this location. We almost said screw it and got up & left because of how cold it is.

This place claims to be open 24/7, but every time I go they are closed! Huge banner outside says "OPEN 24/7!" BULLCRAP. Their automatic voice message system picks up and says "OPEN 24/7!" BULLCRAP. We came once at midnight after a show, closed. Came again after a long drive with friends around 1-2am, closed. Came around 2 again tonight, closed. The food also is extremely subpar, and the last time I did finally make it in, the waiter lied to me and told me they don't serve turkey sausage when I'd had it there before and he clearly didn't know if they had it or not, so he decided to just lie.

I went up to the waitress I'd seen there before and asked her if they had it and she said yes. So when he came back and brought me pork sausage, I let him know that I asked about turkey bacon and he argued with me. I don't recommend this place, tbh. Go to Denny's across the street.

If I could, I would not give Norms any stars. Before the pandemic, I went there to have breakfast, but I left feeling very disappointed for the Food was terrible. It was tasteless, the bread tasted like cardboard. Overall, everything tasted like low quality food, so I did not go back for a long, long time. I decided to give them another chance. Well, in spite to what is happening to the restaurants/ suffering, Norms has not changed.

They still serve TERRIBLE, TASTELESS food. I placed an order over phone. I ordered grilled salmon with rice, vegetables and salad. Well, when I got home, I got Cajun salmon instead of grilled. Again, I was very disappointed for the salmon, the rice and vegetables tasted terrible. The garden salad was brown/old. What a waste of money. They still serve "LOW QUALITY FOOD" I will never go back to Norms nor I will recommend Norms to anyone. I think restaurants need to step up their game by serving good tasty food or they will continue to straggle to get customers.

They have received redemption! This visit was much better than the last at this location. Our waitress was awesome. Our food was fresh and correct. Everything was good. They no longer charge the "surcharge" tax that they did 4 years ago.

We took our girls here today for a Valentine's day dinner and I must say we had the best service. Christian was are server and he was absolutely phenomenal. Thanks for making our kids day. Such great service and food was good. Bummer they don't have the kids eat free day anymore but we still will be back due to the good food and even better service.

NORMS - they never close. In past experiences of NORMS (like 10+ years ago) and even just restaurants that are 24/7, you'd expect food to be of poor quality. This place kind of proved me wrong although I wasn't too impressed by the food here compared to many of the mom and pop local restaurants I have eaten so far. I got the adobada steak and eggs which is a special, but it's kinda mediocre. Steak was prepared medium so texture was decent although not too juicy.

The garlic and citrus flavor is nice but overpowering, and it makes the dish a bit too salty and oily, which is partly why I avoid American chain restaurants. The scrambled egg is overcooked and not runny. What's good though is the pancakes, which, eaten as dessert, makes this meal at least satisfactory. It was $13.99 so it wasn't really a cheap meal either.

Typical of American restaurants, the service here is pretty good. The waiter checked up on us multiple times, making sure we get what we needed, and addressed requests in a reasonable time. This at least somewhat makes up for the not-so-great meal.

Good solid place. The food is good but not spectacular. Had to send my steak back but they took care of it. My go to for late night food.

Me and the hubby decided to grab a bite to eat and try Norms again. Employees are super friendly and working hard they deserve 5 stars! Now the food gets 1 star. Food is made with zero love and has no flavor. The only thing good was the pancakes and those were ruined by the cheap gross syrup they use. Bummer was hoping they had changed for the better, but they are worse. Never coming back!
