As did another reviewer, I agree they have a wide selection of new and used pianos. However, our experience with the sales staff was less positive. The owner was quite pushy to my wife, encouraging us to buy a more expensive piano with far more than our young daughter needed. Having dealt with car salesman, we overlooked the hard sell and purchased what we thought was best.

Our surprise came after the sale. The piano we purchased was put on sale (or "more on sale" because we had purchased it "on sale") and I asked the salesperson for a refund as it had only been two weeks. He stated they had no policy for such a refund of the difference. When I explained in a letter to the owner that the refund would go far in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty (as my daughter was still taking lessons there at the time) she called my house berating me for telling her how to run her business and caring only whether or not my daughter would continue coming for lessons.

We did finish out the month because I figured they would never refund my lesson money if we stopped early. Most stores offer a 30 day price guarantee. Many stores also sell Yamaha digital pianos. I prefer to buy local and from a family owned business, but this family owned business does not deserve customers when all they really want is the cash.
