We absolutely love TMC! Our toddler loves the songs and has started to do some of the accompanying dance moves in and out of class. This is a great way to introduce your child to music and have them start practicing motor skills. I am so happy we chose to join TMC!

My son (1 year old) absolutely loves the music class. He has so much fun each class and we continue the songs at home. It really is a joy to see him so happy and engaged at such a young age. I've already recommended the class to my friends and can't wait to enroll again.

We love the Music Class. It was the first activity that we enrolled our toddler in. A year later, we have enrolled in every season. Our toddler LOVES attending and even pulls out her music book and instruments when she's home. They have also been phenomenal with safety during COVID and take every precaution. We can't recommend enough!

We are currently on our third session of The Music Class. We have used two instructors so far and both have been great! My daughter gets so excited when she sees The Music Class building and she starts to jump up and down. It is her absolute favorite thing! She loves the instructors, other students, and of course all the music! She especially loves the wide variety of instruments offered.

We absolutely love The Music Class! We started at this location 2 years ago and continue to enroll in every session. We have been with Ms. Meredith for the majority of our classes, she is energetic and fun and the kids really gravitate to her. The positive benefits of surrounding children with music is evident. Even the students that are just a few months old are engaged and participating in their own ways. We really enjoy our time at The Music Class and look forward to going to class each week!

The Music Class is wonderful! We took our older daughter for 2 years, and am now taking my younger daughter. The music for each session is great, the classes are fun and engaging, and the teacher, Ms. Anna, is amazing! So happy there is a Smyrna location.

We love The Music Class! We started to take our daughter there when she was 6 month old and have now taken 3 collections (about to start the 4th). I think the reason we love the classes so much is because of Ms. Rebecca. She is so caring, sweet, and knows how to work with kids! The studio is kept very clean and the company seems to update their instruments as we have had a few new things pop up over the course of 8 months.

The Music Class is so much fun! My son and I look forward to going ever Saturday. Ms. Anna is wonderful with all of the kids. My son is shy and she takes time to go around to all of the kids individually and let them participate at their own pace. I see my son getting more and more confident with each new class. I highly recommend.

I took my little one to the music class in the winter session 18/19 which was our first time. We enjoyed it a lot and made listening to the music a ritual at home. Out of the 10 classes in the session we missed about 5. We were able to book 2 make ups through the app and one by calling the office. The other 2 unfortunately weren't granted bc we "already exceeded the maximum make ups".

I asked if it was possible to attend classes in other locations in my area, since I payed for the entire session, but nobody got back to me. As much as I would love to sign us up again, the music class just doesn't fit our lifestyle. We travel a lot and I need something flexible that allows me to make up ALL the missed classes. Other than that the class was great!

This is a wonderful experience for both children and parents! The songs and activities truly promote skills that will help the children develop their musical ability to the fullest. The teachers are kind and welcoming. My kids and I looked forward to the day of Music Class and even my husband would not miss it!

With 14 locations in and around Atlanta, there is going to be a Music Class near you. I take my niece once a week, every week to the Music Class in Toco Hills - and I have for almost two years. I can't speak for all locations, but I'd assume that they were going to be very much the same. However, for Toco Hills I can say this - Moira Nelligan is amazing.

She is the teacher we have stuck with for the past years and I wouldn't trade her for the world. If you arrive early for class you and your child (or niece in my case) will be privileged to hear Moira preform before hand- singing and playing an instrument: the fiddle, Irish drum, recorder, or accordion. She is very much in touch with her Irish roots and frequently plays native songs/jigs.

Class opens with the "Happy Hello" song, and closes with the "See You Next Time" song - both of which will include your child's name (or niece's name, in my case). Songs alternate between active/involved songs with dancing and movement, and quieter songs where you focus on the melody. Children learn about rhythm by playing with egg-shakers and clapping along to songs.

They learn about tones through voice-mimic -games. The learn about percussion by playing with real instruments: bells, shakers, those hollow-wooden block things, drums, the triangle, maracas, rain sticks. and a ton of other things I can't even recall off the top of my head. Sometimes they do a "scarf dance", where squares of a taffeta material are thrown about the room and the kids dance to the music using the scarves. I'm not sure what this teaches - but the kids love it, the adults love it, and it's fun. so perhaps the lesson is that music is fun?

I don't know. I don't care. If we didn't have a blast we wouldn't continue to go, continue to make friends, and continue to learn fun new things. For example: our teacher explained this morning, as she was playing her fiddle, what the different between a fiddle and a violin is. Ha! Don't you wish you knew? Yes, you do. Also -- my two-and-a-half-year-old niece, Lucy, says you should go check it out. Why would you disobey an angel like this?
