I needed a copy of a violin solo/piano accompaniment for Solo & Ensemble Festival, which was about two weeks away. I called Moore Music from Georgia. They ordered it for me and arranged for the publishing company to express mail it to my home in Georgia via UPS. A few days later I called to order another item (solo book) and Moore Music came to the rescue again. We had our performance today and the adjudicator had the score. What a life saver Moore Music is when I'm on a crunch.

I have not had a bad experience at Moore Music since we first step foot inside almost 2 years ago! The staff is ALWAYS so welcoming, patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Any "problems" or questions we have had have been immediately addressed, answered and resolved with kindness and ease! I most definitely recommend them to ANYONE!

Staff and technicians are very helpful. The technicians that worked on my granddaughters saxophone and trumpet help me turn their instruments around since they only had a week in Greensboro as they were to returning back Alabama where there is no help for their instruments. The sales staff can be relied upon to give you good information reference what you need for your musicians supplies

Naomi is an example of what customer service should be. She was very helpful, kind and patient. She helped with our selection and saved us a great deal of money. Please ask for her when you visit Moore Music. By the way. nobody paid me to sing her praises. There is a reason Moore has stayed in business this long!

I came into the store looking for help with a ukulele I had purchased elsewhere. Josh was super helpful in assisting me and pointed out a defect in my instrument. He gave me several options that would solve my issue, most of them involving doing business with another local business. Ultimately I decided to purchase a new instrument from them and return my other uke.
He was helpful in pointing out features and personal experience with several of their brands which helped me make an informed choice. I have once again had a fantastic experience with the staff at Moore Music!

I needed to order difficult to find organ music. Josh assisted me in obtaining it. Josh exceeded my expectations. He was very patient and made me feel important by showing a very caring attitude. He took time to inform me of the different arrangements available so I could choose the best one that suited me. If I could give him 6 stars I would. I highly recommend Josh and Moore Music Company hands down.
