Bait and switch after sale with floor model needing attention. Could not deliver new as promised and could not tune floor model within a couple weeks of christmas. Larry was the worst, and is the only one screening calls lately. Mitchell did not respond or return emails or calls for four days. Only offered brand new piano after four days when credit card company called him to dispute his chargeat. Mitchell's did not want to speak with me or my credit card company and finally called us late on a Sunday afternoon. When he did call, he stated half way through that he keeps recordings of all calls and wanted us to meet him to talk after hours, no doubt with cameras.. Creepy and a bad experience all the way around. Nothing speedy or service oriented here. Misleading, rude, and everyone who did not het what they purchased has buyers remorse. Everyone should ask for a 3 day return policy, otherwise, you cannot return any damaged or defective piano's. Be aware that have a no return policy wihout notification or signs- They point it out after you sign.
