Recently picked up a used Yamaha P2 from Miller and I can't speak highly enough for the help that Sherry gave in my experience. Initially, I called in to see if they had a U3 or U1, and while they didn't have one at the time, Sherry gladly shared a ton of info with me to help in my search. We ended up chatting about what to look for, and she even offered to help validate the purchase even if I found something somewhere else.

She mentioned they had the P2 just come in, so I went in to look at it, and it was a great fit. Using it on all kinds of recordings in my studio. Sherry made the buying experience and delivery seamless. Thanks again!

Marketing was great but once the piano was sold & delivered Service was not what was offered nor expected. Discount was not applied as promised. Tuning Is NOT free! Get everything in writing.

We moved last year to southwest Indiana from Sacramento California. Our Yamaha Disklavier E3 came with us - passing through several storage warehouses and transportation trucks - movers. We thoroughly enjoyed music streamed via Yamaha Music Soft while in California but had been stymied and frustrated since our arrival here in Indiana. A barrage of conflicting and uniformed advice from our local internet provider and extremely difficult to understand technical directions coming from Yamaha Tech Support by phone had me believing this beautiful instrument was destined to become beautiful furniture - seen but unheard.

Setting up the streaming Music Soft channel through your router to an Apple Airport Express network router and configuring it to the Piano is no small task that requires advanced computing acumen and knowledge of how the E3 operates. Yamaha needs to SERIOUSLY upgrade their consumer technical support - particularly given the level of investment a Disklavier represents!

While on a personal road trip to our region (three hours north of Franklin), she stopped by our house to provide the level of support Yamaha can only envy and should provide nationwide- but currently fails to deliver.

One hour of sophisticated computer problem solving and configuration of both routers has us once again enjoying our piano at it's full potential. Miller Piano didn't sell the instrument to us. The only skin in the game they possess is an overwhelming desire to provide outstanding customer support to owners like us. Had some very tight time restraints trying to get this done as a surprise for my wife and she came through. I stopped in Miller's on a trip from out of town to look for a digital piano. Both Ross and Dave were extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and gave me some headphones to compare pianos. They deal in both Yamaha and Roland digital pianos as well as acoustic pianos. They gave me a great price on a Roland HP 605. I didn't feel that they were pushy or in any other way annoying. They were extremely helpful and I was happy to buy a piano from this business.

OMG! Salesperson Sherry will be on you like flies on rice! Pushy times infinity. Jan was a bit better. I don't care if Taylor Swift blessed each piano in the store. They are just a neighborhood Yamaha dealer. While there are a myriad of fabulous pianos in there, the sales staff scare 75% of the consumer base away. Wear a helmet - they will eat you alive!
