I've called Dave several times for information. He always is cordial and professional, offering to text me the requested information. He does so immediately. I think he must have several showroom locations; the one in Brandon is open by appointment. A great experience! No pressure to buy. Dave let us take as much time as we wanted.

Great service! Dave seemed extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the differences between the pianos he offered. He ended up recommending a piano he didn't offer, which I purchased from another retailer-it was a great recommendation. He clearly cares about his customers and that's the best praise I can give any retailer.

Missing our Grand in Germany we met Dave and he spend his time to explain almost everything we had to know to make the right decision. Dave told us, that we will not find an Instrument like that for less on the market. AND HE WAS RIGHT! Because we surged a long time for a Grand Piano like that, we still get offers for around $ 5.000 more then we paid.

I started taking lessons at the age of 4, and wanted a baby grand piano ever since I was 11 years old. 40 years later, my childhood dream finally came true! Dave has a great selection of pianos. His passion for music is evident in his knowledge about how and where pianos are manufactured, the subtle nuances of each piano brand, and pointing out the details of each individual piano.
Even though I've been playing piano my whole life, I never really paid attention to the differences in timbre between piano brands. Prior to my visit, I walked in 100% sold on a Yamaha based on how much I loved playing them in college. After Dave introduced me to each brand of the pianos in his showroom, I found my college ears had mellowed over the past 30 years and the choice was now between the Baldwin and Ritmuller.
The Ritmuller won out in the end. I enjoyed the touch of the keys, the color and size of the piano fit the room, and the price fit into my budget. Our delivery location was not the easiest, yet Dave's movers treated our piano as if it was their own. Buying a piano from someone who has a passion for music and pianos like Dave made this a great experience. Thank you Dave!

We emailed pictures of our Yamaha upright piano to Dave, including the serial number - and were able to get a quote immediately. We accepted his offer to purchase and professionally move it. The entire transaction was effortless and professional. We would definitely contact Dave again and send business his way, should the opportunity arise.

Got to meet Dave today, he's clearly passionate about pianos and the piano world in general. This was our first piano purchase and he was very thorough with his explanation of the what why and how.
