Jim's Music & Teaching Center

Great store with very helpful staff who are willing to aid any musical need. They offer lessons and have guitars, pianos and some other instruments for sale. Pedals, mics, amps and cables as well.

I went to Jim's music store on the West side of Green Bay, with the plan of getting a keyboard for my son for his birthday. I wasn't quite sure where to start, and Lily had greeted our group and led the way. She did a great job with using her own knowledge and experience to explain and show us a few different keyboards and was great with helping my son pick out a beginners learning book :

I went in for new pickups after just getting back into guitar. Noah and Ian helped put in the right direction! Great service and everyone there is a pleasure to talk to! I'd recommend them to anyone!

Jim's is a great place to buy an instrument or have one serviced! They service all my guitars, and I have bought a few from them over the years as well. They specialize in Breedlove and Ibanez guitars. We've also had a good experience renting instruments from them - affordable prices, high quality instruments and great service.

I am not one for reviews, but I felt the need to for just how exceptional this place is. In the small town of Green bay, we are so beyond lucky to have such an amazing local business as incredible as Jim's Music. I have been wanting to get into guitar for years and I was lucky enough to inherent my uncles guitar recently. It was in super bad shape and had a ton of stuff wrong with it.

I informed them that I was a broke college student and didn't have a ton of money to indulge in a premium repair and just needed it to be playable. They completely understood where I was coming from and in fixing my guitar they exceeded my expectations in every way. It literately feels like a brand new polished guitar, and they we nice enough to inform me of the cheapest gadgets that would make my guitar journey that much better, rather than trying to hustle me into spending a bunch of money. After this, I will not be going to any other guitar shop in the local area. These guys are truly the best!

Stopped in yesterday just to browse for a new electric guitar. They had quite a selection. I was greeted right away by Noah. Excellent guy to work with. He let me have a smaller room away from everyone in order to test out quite a few models. He was very informative, patient and was never in any way pushy. Although I never intended to purchase a guitar that day, I found a great Jackson model that worked for me and ended up taking it home. The staff there is always friendly and accommodating. Thanks again for a great experience!

Today was the second time I was at the store. I eneded up walking out with a new to me tenor saxophone. The service was excellent and you could definitely feel the love everyone has for music. I will definitely be going back.

Went in just to check out the store and ended up having a great conversation with Charles about their awesome Roland Instruments! Will definitely be coming back for all of my music needs! Do yourself a favor and go check out the best music store in the Bay!

This place is great. The staff is knowledgable and friendly and there's a lot of cool stuff in here (including LPs!). I brought a guitar in to be set up and mentioned that I needed it asap. I was originally told it would take a few days (which is, of course, pretty standard given a place as busy as Jim's), but Jesse prioritized it before leaving for a long weekend and the turnaround was less than 24 hours.

He also did great work. I'm relatively new to the GB area but Jim's has already become my go-to spot for all of my guitar work (and gear purchases). Solid crew here.

I love Jim's music! The employees are informative and extremely helpful. I went there originally for a guitar, and they have guitars you can rent to own. My daughter also bought a ukelele from Jim's and it's fantastic! I just bought another one as a gift for my other daughter, and I liked how they didn't try to sell me the most expensive one.

They have lessons to learn an instrument. Currently you get a free month of lessons. It's awesome! They also sell sheet music. Great prices, great atmosphere, great employees! I definitely recommend Jim's for your musical needs!
