Not visited the store but have dealt with Soundpure online and they are great at taking care of their customers. Great selection of guitars, especially Eastman and their try it before you buy is an excellent idea.

I bought a very nice Gretsch guitar from Dave at Indoor Storm through ebay. It was a good price, the action on the guitar is excellent, and it sounds beautiful. I got it for a great price, and when it came it had some minor damage around the bottom strap nut. Dave took a look at some pictures I took, and refunded me $100!
