Amazing Customer Service! My son needed a music book that was not in stock anywhere, including The Horn Section, and we needed it yesterday. Scott was able to have it delivered the next day and we were so grateful! We have been doing business with them for many years, they are fabulous!

This is my go to music store, but I called and asked some questions about their instrument protection plan and received very rude customer service. Respectfully, I'm paying a significant amount of money to rent an instrument from them and it would be nice if they were a little more polite.

We called for help to pick out a mouth piece for my grandson to have tuba lessons. The very kind woman that was working today was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even phoned the music teacher to accommodate us. She had everything ready for us when we got there. My daughter said it was best customer service she has had in a long time. Thank you for meeting our need today.

Scott, the repair techs & Cary all do an outstanding job working on my horns. They always make me feel welcomed at the shop and take the time to listen to what the issue is so they can resolve it. Really appreciate those guys.

This is a amazing Music Store that is in a beautiful part of Melbourne Florida. I bought a Euphonium from here and it sounds great some things about the store is despite they don't advertise Euphoniums they most likely have them but for most instruments they advertise them on their website. They also make cleaning Kits for beginners here from the Flute to the Tuba my school uses these cleanings kits and they last you a wile I have bought 2 one for a My Trombone and one for a Euphonium.

While I am making this Review we are in the corona times they have bell covers for really any Instrument. They also have fair prices on Instruments and are some of the Top brands like Yamaha. So if you want to play a musical instrument and you live in the area I recommend this place first as they have some of the best workers as they are helpful and are nice and they always get to the point if you are looking for an instrument or renting an instrument to play in Middle or High School. This is by far does not deserve a five star it deserves a 10 star if that was possible

Knowledgeable owner and staff. Better than retail prices. Quality selection of musical instruments and accessories. Nice selection of music. Excellent private music teachers. Convenient professional instrument cleaning and repair. It's the perfect one-stop shop for musicians of all levels.

I was really pleased to find a nice selection of ukuleles and starter music books at the Horn Section. I'm on an extended trip & hope to use some of my time learning a new skill.

I've been coming to The Horn Section for years, buying my younger sister reeds or taking her clarinet for maintenance, and I've always had a decent experience. Occasionally, some of the staff are grumpier than usual, but it's okay since everybody has a not good day occasionally, and I'll blame it on Tiki the dog not being there for emotional support. Anyway, fast service and quick repair turnarounds!

While kids can make fun of other kids for having loaner instruments while their instruments are out for repairs, I'm thankful that they are at least given a loaner so they do not have to sit out in class and miss hands on instructional time with their instruments.

I've purchased 3 saxophones from the Horn Section and I've ordered a 4th. Their prices have always extremely reasonable and the service department is excellent. They've even helped me do an emergency repair over the phone. Staff is very friendly and competent.

5 star section staff amazingly friendly and helpful. They a lot of instrument. Even I didn't buy it there they still looked at to see if it needed repair. And it didn't. So the staff has a lot of integrity. Thank you

They are the best around. Every single person I have dealt with there has been great! The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I know nothing about this stuff and they answer all my questions in a manner i can understand. they treat my daughter with just as much respect and answer all of her more technical questions with ease. These people have passion for their work and it shows.

I travel from Orlando to get my daughters clarinet fixed here. There are other shops closer to me but the horn section has earned my repeat business. They charge a fair price for excellent work. They have a great selection of merchandise cases, reeds etc. I purchased a case for my daughter clarinet there it was comparably priced and of excellent quality. If you play or pay for someone else to play don't look any further. I have and no one else comes close.
