All of my visits there they have always be very friendly and helpful. Most of my interactions have been with their repair shop. They always do great work and very friendly.

I went looking for a decent guitar for my 10yr old at a local pawnshop and was recommended that I go to Edwards. I'm grateful for the recommendation. The guy/owner? Was amazingly helpful, nice and he didn't try to rip me off. He even gave her complimentary guitar picks and he didn't not pick about her handling the guitars, I was more nervous about it than he was.

He could've sold me a higher prices tuner but he didn't, he sold me one in the middle price range that he said they used in store. I appreciate the respect and I'll definitely be going back and also recommending them whenever possible! I'm quiet but I notice everything and they were awesome from the start and made me very comfortable. I could not have been happier with the selection of acoustic guitars, the friendliness of the staff, the competence of the staff, and the care and generosity of the salesman. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with and then he threw in a bunch of extras. I was SO happy to find Edwards music (FYI I first went to guitar center and was disappointed). I'll definitely be going back.

We purchased a set of drums and they we very helpful and had pur account setup in minutes. They even help loaded the boxes in my car. Excellent customer service

My child is new member of the school band, as well as a new player to learning the Clarinet. I've needed to call for assistance several times regarding his instrument. (Which this mom knows nothing about) I have received above par service every time Ive called! They are kind. They are Patient and have helped me on every level. I truly, highly recommend them. This Mom is Certainly Grateful for All the Assistance she has needed for her child, cause I have no clue! Thank you so much for all you do.

No complaints yet but we just started renting a violin. The cost is great and the insurance includes broken strings which is awesome! Hoping it continues to be smooth sailing.

The staff is super friendly here, the prices are fair, and they have a great variety of instruments and amps! I am glad you have found a good local music store in Fayetteville! Also, they have a nice selection of PRS guitars and Blackstar amps!

Edwards music was very helpful to me even though I bought nothing this trip. The young salesman found me a shipping box for a guitar I need to ship cross country. Free of charge and all smiles. Thanks guys, your friendly service is miles ahead of the big box stores.

The staff at Edwards Music are highly knowledgable from guitars, to drums, to PA equipment, etc. Always friendly, these guys are not pushy and can give you the information needed to make a right decision. I've been going to this store for the past two years to buy routine items for instrument upkeep, but they have a nice variety of instruments for a shop there size.

They hold their own on price also when compared to the chain stores. I always enjoy talking to the staff and learn something each time I go. I'm moving now and will surely miss these guys!
