The owner was extremely helpful and I was happy with the service and the turn around. They couldn't be any more friendly or helpful. I like the idea you are dealing with musicians instead of store clerks.

Went here for the first time to get my acoustic guitar repaired. They did good work and it was done faster than most places Ive been to in the past. Picked up a gig bag and cables while I was there. good prices and Im satisfied thanks guys will be back

I hate to say it but typical music store.hours of op 11-8. Walked up to the door at 2pm, closed. No sign to indicate a lesson in progress(understandable), out to lunch, on vacation so I might know when to return?! Bummer.

Went there to find an acoustic guitar and l love the Alvarez i got there. It sounds really good and came with a nice thick gig bag. they even gave me a free pair of stings and a stand at no charge. They were fun and professional and i think it was the owner i talked too. we talked music and had a good time. will return AA+ love the new location.

Curtis was really great to deal with, honest and came up with a fair price for setting up and rewiring my Ibenez Roadstar II guitar. It played well before but the Floyd Rose tremolo didn't work as I thought it should (a couple of string would go a little flat) and the pickup I had installed in the late 80's didn't seem to scream as it should. It took them 1 day to set the guitar up and rewire the pickups. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

I'm the second owner of this guitar and have had it for almost 30 years and it has NEVER sounded or played so good! I would absolutely recommend Echo-Tone Music to anyone that needs either a new instrument or to have theirs repaired! Thanks Curtis!

I'm sad to be writing this review because I worked in customer service so long, and I know how hard it is to please people so I love praising and dread complaining about things but this store has pro's and con's. Pro's: I got a great guitar, from and american manufacturer at an excellent price. Shopping locally supports the local economy. The sales staff were friendly and likable.

The website was user friendly and I knew what I wanted when I left for the store, before even handling it, because they had video demos etc. Con's: The staff, while friendly, were not very knowledgeable about their product, and they hovered while handling the merchandise. While the website looked great on arrival to the store they had very little of what they displayed on the site in the store.

I called before I went into the store and inquired about trade-ins on guitars and cases, they said yes to both. When I got there the VERY SURLY owner said they would do the trade-in for a very small amount of money for a mint condition guitar because he had to replace the strings on it and he wouldn't make a large enough profit. He said I, YES, I was not worth his time.

I would never talk to a customer like that. The cases they had to offer were old, broken and beat up, but he refused to purchase my brand new case because he wanted it free with the guitar I traded. Over all I was happy with my purchase but I felt icky when I left and I don't ever want to shop there again. Another customer lost to over-priced chain stores. At least they have a knack for customer service. Nobody likes to be treated like a fool; and I loath the owner's pretentiousness. Shame.

I was told to bring in an 8x10 bass cab to look at for trade-in towards a guitar. After lugging the 100lb 8x10 to the store they told me they didn't even want to look at it and it stayed in my car. I don't understand why you would tell me to bring in a huge item and than not look even look at it when I was able to bring it in a week later. This was a major waste of time.

I was told it would sit for a long time which is unerstandable, but most of the stock in the store has also sat for a long time and almost everything is on sale. I love shopping local and even built a store down the street from this place but I would suggest guitar center. It hurts to say that but it is true.
