Hi, my name is Christopher Cappo and I am a dedicated, serious collector of vintage guitars, amplifiers and guitar related equipment. I have lived in Dutchess county for my entire life, and today live with my wife and two kids in Wappingers Falls. At this time, I am purchasing guitars any kind, amps and effects. , quality saxophones, trumpets or other interesting instruments.

I didn't actually end up purchasing an instrument from these guys (they didn't have what I wanted in stock) but I did have a long and lovely conversation with Stevie, who was incredibly helpful and able to signpost me to where I would be able to find what I was looking for. Highly recommend based on the service I received.

Was looking for a power adapter for boom box manufactured some years ago. Someone recommended the place to me. I was super delighted when the gentleman combed through his accessories and got me. He was very patient with me and courteous too.

A great place for everything Music. Perfect for beginners and experienced rockers alike. I couldn't say a bad thing about the 3 Gentlemen behind the tills. And they know how to setup a Guitar!

Amazing shop and the ukulele orchestra who practice there on a Saturday between 5-6.30 is such good fun. I love that it's open to beginners (like me ) and advanced players. The staff are so helpful and friendly and I defo recommend.

A very, professional, prompt service, the guitar when returned was fully cleaned, repaired, and in pristine condition. Clearly, looked after and attended to, correctly. The knowledgeable staff, were well rehearsed, in repairing instruments, and customer service was right on key. All in all, one of the city's best repair stores. I would recommend CC Music without hesitation, for repairs, of all natures, .

I have been a customer at CC Music for many years on and off, but the last two visits to the shop have been such a poor customer experience that I won't darken their doors ever again, not even for a plectrum. I may add that I have no axe to grind about the shop, just feel it's important to let other potential customers know what my recent experiences have been.

The young assistants seem to have a real issue with actually interacting with customers - loud metal music blasting out their sound system and a general supercilious and sneering attitude to anyone who's not within their terms of reference (i.e. shredding). The last time I was in, I questioned the quality of a customised pre-owned guitar to be pushed out the way by the assistant, met with some garbled nonsense about pickups, and then blasted with his pathetic attempt to prove that the guitar was fine and it was me that was somehow in the wrong.

I could have pointed out that I had playing guitar before he had been born, but was left speechless. Seriously, the owner needs to send his employees on a staff customer relations training course. Recent experiences at both GG and MCM have been a pleasure in comparison.

Great shop, really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. My daughter got her ukulele here. Staff encouraged her to try them out and ensure she got what suited her best. Brilliant shop, well worth a visit.
