Here we have provided a list of teachers in our community along with their contact info.
Cassandra Strings offers interactive off-site seminars for schools, community groups, and clubs. Upon request, members of our knowledgeable team will come to your site for a lesson about String Instruments.

Bought a bow from Cassandra's back in Dec/Jan time frame. Not a top of the line bow but in the $250 range. My daughter practices on her Violin often and really puts her bows to the test. Had to bring it back in twice for repair (re-haired?). Staff couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. Had it fixed quickly and covered it under warranty. Highly recommend Cassandra Strings!

Great place! We have been renting from Cassandra for about 10 years. They are always easy to work with and pleasant, patient folks! I feel their rent to buy program is the best in the northwest suburbs. And the insurance is great! My daughter just recently dropped her cello and the neck snapped off. They gave us a replacement with no hassle at all!

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, both the sales people and the repair people. I always feel like I get great, honest, fair service whatever I need. We have now rented 4 family instruments there, they offer a tremendous rent to purchase plan!

As a professional musician, I have been going to Cassandra Strings for many years to repair my 1800 acoustic bass. The expertise is the highest quality and the prices can't be beat. It is so reassuring that you can get the highest-grade repair for a great, affordable price. Many educators have told me that Cassandra Strings is the place that their school system goes to for the best prices and quality for string rentals.

The people at Cassandra Strings are honorable and interested in high-quality service at an affordable price. Most of the professional community knows this and I hope the general public can benefit from this company as well.

My son's Scott Cao violin needed a new bridge. Cassandra said the original bridge was expensive and that she would replace it with the exact same one. SHE DID NOT! Well, when we picked up the violin it was not the same bridge. The bridge she used did not have a name on it. It was much larger than the original. She also said she removed the name on the bridge!

I asked her how do we know you didn't use a cheap $5 bridge? She along with the other staff said they never use $5 bridges. The receipt read: MATERIALS: $5 LABOR: $45 Lying and cheating people only can hurt their business.
