Cadence is a percussion pro shop situated in Gates, a western suburb of Rochester. Exit 7A Gates Center from I-490 and proceed about mile on Buffalo Road. All of our employees are skilled percussionists and are able of giving professional advice about your drumming requirements. Hands down, best drum and percussion store in the Rochester region. can't beat their prices and inventory. I tell all my drummer friends about this place, especially those who are from out of town. 90% of my kit was purchased at Cadence. I'll be visiting soon to get some new heads.

Pretty much the only game in town but chances are they have what you need in stock. Experienced and very knowledgeable about all things percussive. You won't find any stringed instruments here but if you can hit it to make rhthym they can find it, get it, or maybe pull it down off the shelf for you.

THE place to go for drum/percussion equipment/advice/support. As a music teacher and parent of a percussionist/drummer, I cannot say enough good things about this place when it comes to percussion equipment and gear. They really care, know their stuff, and don't try to rip you off. And I've found they have the best prices, lower than the commercial chains. Take the drive, this gem is worth it.

When I first arrived at the store front I looked and thought, another hole in the wall what am I possibly going to get from this place. Was I in for a treat. It is a full line store! The staff was very knowledgeable about all of their products! The prices are more than reasonable. Defineitly worth the drive!
