Todd and the rest of the employees at Cadence were extremely helpful when my son and I went in to purchase a trombone for high school. He worked with my son trying out 3 different trombones to find the best one for him. We will be back soon to repeat this process for my other son who plays the flute. Thanks for your help!

My daughter surprised my by telling me she needed a clarinet the next day for school. I went into Cadence Music and they handled everything with no issue. I was able to leave with EVERYTHING my daughter needed for a ton less than I expected. Guys behind the counter were super nice and gave me a bunch of option on how to rent/buy the instrument. They even offered to deliver the Clarinet directly to my daughters school. They have a serious selection of all new and pre owned instruments. I would recommend Cadence to anyone in need of an instrument rental.

They always have the best customer service. If they don't have something in stock, they order it. Also the repair shop does great work. Rentals are easy and option to purchase. This is the only music store that I will go to!

Super helpful, excellent customer service! They are a part of the local music community, so they knew exactly what my son needed (I'm not a musician, but I felt perfectly comfortable). My son is thrilled to be starting high school with his step-up instrument! This is the beginning of a long-term relationship for our low brass needs!

These people are a joke. I rented a flute from them 4 years ago they tried to charge me after I returned the flute to them back in 2014. I received a letter from them charging me for services after i returned the flute and after disputing with them that the instrument was returned. I received a letter from them saying my balance was $0. Now 4 YEARS LATER I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe them money with a $43 Collection fee yet I have never received a bill from them trying to collect money in 4 YEARS!

Now I have to try to find the letter from 2014 saying I had a $0 Balance. I believe this to be some kind of scam im guessing they are hoping that after 4 years no one would have proof of anything and you would just pay this. BAD FOR BUSINESS! BEWARE!

This place is very sneaky. They charged me for a musical instrument that they claimed to have delivered to my sons school and we never saw. They refused to acknowledge the fact that I didn't even have a contract with them and sent me to collections.

This is the place to rent to own your children's band instruments. They offer delivery to most schools in Lee County. Even when you buy the instrument, you can purchase a service package once you own the instrument. And they are both friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!
