Steve, the manager, was shockingly rude! We had a service performed on one guitar. I thought it odd that he was extremely arrogant, rude and whistled loudly the entire time I was trying to communicate with him. When I returned to pick the guitar up and purchase a case, he tried to sell me a used item, literally torn down to the wood and tattered, declaring that they could not get new cases.
I decided not to leave the second guitar for service due to Steve's behavior. He began yelling, demanding to know why I elected not to have him restring the second guitar. He yelled repeatedly, saying to answer the question. After telling him I preferred not to do business with him, he became enraged, yelling the entire time I was leaving the store. Brent, the owner, apologized. Stating that he was surprised. After meeting a lady who opened her own shop as a result of Steve calling her the "c" word, 30 years ago, I realized that Brent simply doesn't care!

Years ago, I dealt with Brents, then they serviced a guitar of mine, and called me and said it was ready, . and they did not even half of what I wanted, .then put a screw in the pick guard at a wierd angle, .then I took it home and they left off the plate in the back, .years later, I took that guitar to Mr. Music, for repairs, and they told me that the Texas Special pick-ups, that Brent's installed, were not wired up correctly, no wonder the middle switch did nothing. I never took a guitar, or went back to Brent's. I liked the people, but, evidently, they are not professional, and or even knowledgeable.

Gnarly little place. Picked up a used guitar, had a couple chips in the finish, fella sold it for a bit under the asking price. Dude with the long beard was really friendly (never caught his name). Always loved smaller stores like this one over Guitar Center or Sam Ash, this one has to be the best one I've been to.

I take my dad's keyboard in whenever it starts to act out a little. They have always gotten it to straighten up. They are very helpful, reasonably priced and thorough. I haven't really shopped there so I can't contribute there, but the service was great. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work fellas!

I've been going to Brent's for quite a long time and never had anything negative to say about their quality of customer service. They have treated me with the same respect for over 20 years.
