Nice people, and I see many reviews attesting to the quality of their work. Those do not equate to good business practices. I was quoted a price for a repair estimate on the phone, and once I drove over they doubled that price at the check-in counter. I mentioned my phone conversation, did not make a difference. Additionally, their repair agreement document did not display current prices, yet I was asked to sign it AFTER they told me a rush job would be double what was listed - and only for a diagnosis. This is unfair to your potential customers. Taking my business elsewhere.

Keith did the impossible. he fixed my Moog Little Phatty, despite the product having no support and no remaining parts in stock. To achieve this he actually rebuilt the potentiometer that broke, which is a very unique non-standard part, and restored my synthesizer back to working condition when we had completely given up hope. The service is beyond any expectation I had and I'm a huge fan of AED! Keith rocks!

TOOK OVER 500 DOLLARS AND NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM THEN CALLED ME A LIAR AND BLACK FLAGGED MY ACCOUNT. COMPLETE LACK OF INTEGRITY. If I could rate them a zero I would. This company lacks integrity and takes no responsibility for there work. We have dealt with them for 4 months. They started out very kind and very professional. We paid a expediting fee so they would prioritize our work.

They said they fixed the keyboard. Only to get it back and it still had issues. Then we took it back within 30 days and they said I needed to replace the main board. Over 500 dollars. We did that. Got the system back and still problem wasn't fixed. I called and was told I was speaking to a manager. But FOUND OUT IT WASNT. They said bring it in and they would refund it.

I called to bring it in and they called me a LIAR and black flagged my account. They kept my money and never fixed my board. The lack of integrity for this company to strong arm their customers was a complete SHOCK and horrible SERVICE. BEWARE of these swindlers.

I agree great service. The only thing they need is a bigger variety of different brand type electronics to service the area of the local people. As well as keep mindful that both husband and wife can't be tied down at the same time but be they can prevent it happening

I had a Yamaha speaker that was less than a year old, and it had a bad vibration noise when a certain frequency of sound was pumped through it. They fixed it great, but it took 3 months!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and reasonable service prices, but their hours are inconvenient, and they didn't exactly follow through with what they said they were going to do. When I declined repair of my keyboard after getting my quote, they offered to give me instructions on how to fix it myself. I thought that was pretty awesome! So I thanked them and requested that they leave the keyboard disassembled because I was just going to have to take it apart again to fix it.

They didn't leave any instructions for repair, and they completely reassembled it, which I can't be mad about, but it was a little frustrating and disappointing, because now I feel like I spent $85 to drop off a keyboard and pick it up a week later. I'm no better of the I was $85 ago which leaves me feeling a little screwed.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this company! They were professional, prompt, answered every single question I had and conducted excellent work on two circuit boards I needed modified. Robert was my service technician and he was friendly, professional and even called me personally when I had a follow up question about the work performed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This will be my "go to" location for any and all electronic repairs I may need in the future.

Not the best first impression: Although the cost of service was average, the service itself was well below that. I waited 5 times longer than the estimated date of the repair completion. When I finally got back my item, the part they installed worked correctly - but another component was now not functioning! And the engineer, after claiming to not have messed with that part of the device, proceeded to 'fix' the issue, first in his workshop, then in front of me, where when we tested the device, it still did not work correctly. So the engineer starts forcing the malfunctioning part into place until it worked. He offered to replace that part too, but I'd be charged for it.
